Finding the right Homesharer for you:
Contact us so we can find out about you and your preferences for a Homeshare
We then meet you in person for an informal interview, risk-assess your health and home and see the spare room on offer.
- We then find the right match for you and your circumstances and set up a meeting. We welcome family members and friend to be involved and to support any decisions that are made.
- If you decide on a match we provide a Homeshare Agreement that you and your Sharer agree on and decide on a move in date. If you want to trial the match for a week we are happy to facilitate that.
- Thereafter we offer regular support while the Homeshare lasts and are available 9-5pm Mondays to Fridays to deal with any questions.
Finding the right Homeowner for you:
Contact us so we can find out about you and your preferences for a Homeshare.
We then meet you in person for an informal interview.
We need three references and we will ask for an enhanced DBS check and a financial check. We are also required to check your right to rent in the UK.
We will think about who would be suitable as a match for you and your circumstances and set up a meeting. If you are both happy with the match we provide a Homeshare Agreement that you and your Homeowner agree on and decide on a move-in date. If you want to trial the match for a week we are happy to facilitate that.
Thereafter we offer regular support while the Homeshare lasts and are available 9-5pm Mondays to Fridays to deal with any questions.
