  • Social and healthy, with a café visit at the end.
  • Suitable for people of all abilities and fitness levels – from short sessions in local parks to longer country hikes.
  • Free! We can also cover travel costs for people on very low incomes.
  • Takes place 6 to 8 times each month across London and the countryside beyond.
